A self-guided visit of the National Print Museum’s permanent and temporary exhibitions is offered daily and free of charge to all visitors. The permanent exhibition is interpreted through a number information panels and labels, and an exhibition guide-book.
A short audio-visual presentation is offered to every self-guided visitor. This provides an introduction to the Museum and the opportunity to view demonstrations of the collection by the Museum’s dedicated panel of active retired volunteer printers and compositors.
Self-guided family visitors can explore the Museum’s free, fun and interactive Education Area. Activities include arts & crafts, alphabet games, activity sheets and a junior library. All activities encourage family interaction, learning and discovery.
While a self-guided visit may be your preferred option, our friendly and knowledgeable staff are always on hand to answer any questions you may have.
