Description

Fred Waite and Jason Saville founded their iron works in Otley in 1892 at a time when many other printing press manufactories were already in operation in the town. Fred Waite designed and perfected smaller machines for use in the industry such as labelling, wrapping, tying and binding machines. This numbering machine was one of their creations.
