Dandy Roll

Description

Very large dandy roll with writing - in reverse says "Oifig an tSolát(with ponc above)air" that is "Oifig an tSoláthair"- "Procurement Office" in English. A dandy roll is a large wire-based cylinder featuring raised repetitions of images or words along its length displayed in reverse. These images or words are impressed into paper during the process of its making so that a watermark is applied.
