Assistant Coordinator, Culture & Heritage Studies LTI

The National Print Museum currently seeks an Assistant Coordinator (one year contract) to support the Culture and Heritage Studies LTI. Interested in working with our small and dynamic team? Read more about the vacancy here.

Duties include:
– Supporting the coordination of a QQI Level 5 Common Award in Cultural and Heritage Studies.
– Preparing, delivering and assessing QQI Level 5 and other modules as required.
– Providing feedback to course participants regarding assignments, projects and exams.
– Supervising course participants at the National Print Museum.
– Accompanying course participants on off-site tours, study trips, and excursions.
– Supporting the recruitment and selection of new course participants as per City of Dublin ETB and National Print Museum guidelines.
– Complying with City of Dublin ETB and QQI quality assurance procedures.
– Attending, where appropriate, training days, seminars, workshops to assist in training and development.
– Performing assigned duties in the National Print Museum including weekend work, workshop preparation, tour guide organisation, facilitation at children’s workshops and training sessions.
